Nature Collection
Nature arrives in my work as seasons change with massive variation of leaves complex shapes, patterns, and colors. The constant shifting of light makes each moment unique unfolding layer upon layer of colors, representing the life and death cycle within nature, it is the journey in-between seasons in which life can be enriched. With this collection I tried to exhibit each leave beauty constantly in transition. Falling leaves fragility and delicacy lends itself uniquely to the light and transparency possible with acrylic color.
Nature has always been my key inspiration when it comes to developing a composition; the free flowing scenery around me has helped me bring to life engaging landscapes, playing on color dichotomy. In a more personal sense, nature has always provided me a sense of connection within my work, it’s the one foundational element in which everyones interpretation is truly unique, and thus, the most valuable.
